**** REALLY GOOD SNACKS. Coonamessett Farm in Falmouth begins serving it's Friday night Vegetarian Buffet on May 28. The farm is located immediately adjacent to Ye Olde New Alchemy Institute which has evolved into The Green Center. The New Alchemists were there at the beginning and published some really incredible work on renewable energy, aquaculture, agriculture, and other important topics. Reading the publications list is an excercise in sustainable environmental practice development. Plus, the snacks at the Vegetarian Brunch are good... as I mentioned.
