...To the beige-mobile, chums!
Wednesday, November 12
I MEANT TO MENTION THE ROCKET LAUNCH that happened on Sunday! We had a nice turnout (6) and we launched a few rockets into the lower reaches of space. We launched one "E" powered rocket so high that it floated almost a mile away and got caught in a tree...(If you are unfamiliar with rocket engines, understand that the "E" class is the most powerful engine that you can legally launch without permission from the FAA and state authorities! BOOM!) We're treading on Department of Homeland Security ground here. We should have another launch in a few months, after the weather starts to be less windy... but even the wind may not stop us! Rockets launched by high school kids that travel at over 300 miles per hour and go over 1000 feet up (...the rockets, not the high school kids) make for an exciting way to spend a Saturday. Trust me.

If you don't have anything nice to say, say it loud.
