HAS ANYONE EVER READ The Federalist Papers? I've been told that everyone should, that democracy takes hard work and dedicated thought. My problem is that I'm really lazy most of the time and I like to read about engineering and science the rest of the time. Does that make me a bad American or a good engineer?
