...To the beige-mobile, chums!

Wednesday, August 13

**** Sponsored by WACKO Mike. For those of you who haven't ever been there, Quabbin Reservoir is an absolutely beautiful place. The body of water and its surrounding watershed are one of the most important areas for biodiversity in the state. You never know what you'll see there. Walking thru the woods you could find a porcupine dozing in a tree, a great blue heron fishing on the shore, a musk turtle sunning itself on a log, or a monarch butterfly laying eggs on a milkweed plant. As an amateur naturalist, I'll try my best to identify everything we may discover. If you're interested in the natural world or would just like to take a nice hike down scenic trails, join us on a WACKO outing to the Quabbin Reservoir. Date TBD
