**** Harvard's Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics is having a "Mars Fever Week". On Sunday, August 24 at 8 pm there will be a chance to view Mars as it approaches closer to Earth closer than at any time in the past 60,000 years! You can enter a drawing to view Mars through the largest optical telescope east of the Mississippi. Kate and I will be racing on Sunday, but perhaps I can get her to check it out.
